Client Engagement Director is a full-time remote position responsible for leading strategic client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving organic growth for accounts generating $2M - $4M in annual revenue. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships with senior stakeholders Lead strategic planning and guide the development of medical communications aligned with client objectives Oversee financial health of assigned accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budgetRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus 8-10+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, or pharma marketing Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and drug development process Advanced financial acumen, including forecasting and profitability management Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching and performance management
