Senior Android DeveloperLocation: RemoteRole OverviewWe are seeking an Android Developer with strong hands-on experience in Android, Java, Kotlin, and AWS to design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Android development fundamentals and experience integrating mobile applications with AWS cloud services.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java.Build scalable and high-performance mobile applications following Android best practices.Integrate Android applications with AWS services and REST APIs.Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend engineering teams.Troubleshoot application performance, stability, and integration issues.Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and release activities.Implement secure authentication, data handling, and cloud clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.Required QualificationsProfessional Android development experience.Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and API understanding of Android SDK, application lifecycle, and mobile architecture.Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, Git, and debugging tools.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Cognito, or with MVVM or other modern Android architecture with CI/CD and automated testing.Experience developing and deploying applications through the Google Play Store.
