You'll help build communication, social, play, daily living, and pre-academic skills in home, school, and community settings playing a direct role in each child's success.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement 1:1 ABA intervention programs in home, school, or community settingsObserve, collect, and record data on client behaviorTeach skills outlined in individualized treatment plansParticipate in regular supervision with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with families and team membersProficient in timely and accurate data collection on tablet or computer.RequirementsAt least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hirePatience, energy, and a genuine interest in working with childrenAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamAvailability for a minimum of 10 hours per weekAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in play (running, kneeling, crawling, standing)Adherence to RBT Ethics Code and company policiesClean background check and positive professional referencesPay Range$21/hour while completing RBT certification$22.00/hour - $27.99/hour, based on years of experience as an RBT.*The $250 sign-on bonus will be retained only if you reach a minimum of 90 days of employment.Note: This rate includes a geographic pay differential based on the cost of living in this job location.This role is a great fit if you are:Exploring a career in education, psychology, or healthcareA student or career-changer seeking meaningful, hands-on workLooking for flexible scheduling with benefitsPassionate about working with children and impacting familiesInterested in Joining this Rewarding Field, but Just Don't Know Where to Start?Consider Consultants for Children's Registered Behavior Technician Course.
