Job Description Contract Recruiter LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a non profit organization Phoenix who is in search of a contract recruiter to join their HR team. This job is Monday-Friday and will provide some hybrid flexibility after training. The hourly rate is between $29/hr-$33/hr DOE. The Contract Recruiter will play a key role in supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple departments. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and secure top talent aligned with our organization's mission and values.This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and enjoys making an immediate impact.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles (administrative, program, and operational positions)Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesSource candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and community outreachScreen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview processesEnsure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring processMaintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity within the ATSAssist with offer processes, including extending offers and coordinating onboarding logisticsSupport recruitment reporting and metrics as neededQualifications2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (nonprofit or high-volume recruiting preferred)Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google WorkspacePassion for nonprofit work and community impact is highly preferredWork Environment & ScheduleFully onsite during initial training periodHybrid flexibility offered after training (combination of onsite and remote work)Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay Details: $29.00 to $33.00 per hourSearch managed by: Cassandra NienowBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
