This role requires deep technical expertise, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage with customers, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable solution.Skills And RequirementsLead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions, ensuring high-quality implementation aligned with best practices.12+ years of experience in implementing MDM solutions, with at least 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM, including configuration, integration, and deployment.Stibo STEP MDM/PIM Implementation Experience Is Required.Excellent understanding of Product, Supplier,Customer Datamodel and experience in designing solutionsMust have customer facing experience, management skills, and a strong technical background.Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-facilitation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsResponsibilitiesLead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver STEP solution using best practicesLead requirements gathering and high-level design workshops.Responsible for design, architecture, and technical delivery of high-quality Stibo solution.Work closely with business analysts to develop to-be business process based on industry standard and best practices.Define data governance strategies, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls and rules.Prepare detailed design documents including approach for data migration.Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules.Configure, build and unit test STEP components, including data structures, roles, workflows and portals
