This position supports the chemical processing department by preparing, cleaning, racking, and handling aerospace components throughout the production process.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in aerospace manufacturing and metal processing.Key ResponsibilitiesRack and un-rack aerospace components for processing operationsClean and prepare parts prior to chemical processingVerify removal of oils, dirt, fingerprints, and contaminants from partsReview work orders, technique cards, and processing instructionsMonitor production processes and record required dataComplete production logs, measurements, and process documentationMaintain production and quality standardsSupport housekeeping and 6S initiativesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all safety and PPE requirementsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred0–1 year of manufacturing or production experienceAbility to read and write EnglishBasic computer skillsAbility to follow detailed work instructionsStrong attention to detail and qualityPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and move throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.Frequent pushing, pulling, and material handlingComfortable working around manufacturing equipment and chemical processing operationsMust wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoesPreferredManufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experienceExperience working in aerospace, metal finishing, plating, or chemical processing environments
