Job SummaryTalentWise LLC is building a pipeline of senior administrative professionals to support anticipated government contract awards with Arlington County, VA.The Executive Assistant provides high-level, confidential administrative support to executive leadership, including Department Directors or equivalent officials. This role manages complex schedules, coordinates high-level communications, prepares detailed reports, and supports strategic and operational activities across the organization.The position operates with significant independence and requires strong judgment, discretion, and a thorough understanding of organizational policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordinationPrepare, review, and edit reports, correspondence, presentations, and official documentsHandle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretionTrack assignments, deadlines, and requests from leadership, ensuring timely completionCoordinate departmental communications, meetings, and special projectsServe as liaison between leadership, staff, external agencies, and the publicDevelop and maintain records management systems and documentationSupport policy and procedure development and implementationManage contracts, invoices, and administrative financial processesCoordinate travel, events, and executive-level engagementsProvide staff support to committees, boards, and task forcesMay lead or coordinate the work of administrative staff and provide guidance and trainingMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent requiredSignificant experience in administrative support, preferably supporting senior leadershipStrong knowledge of office operations, administrative systems, and business practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalismStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsProficiency with office software and administrative systemsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesEqual Employment Opportunity StatementTalentWise LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
