Area. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with schools and districts, presenting educational solutions to meet their needs, and facilitating consultative sales. Other responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, delivering insights into BEC's resources, and supporting educators to ensure optimal implementation of literacy programs.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with educators and stakeholdersExpertise in Sales and Consultative Selling to identify and address the specific needs of schools and districtsKnowledge or experience in the education sector to understand curriculum, instructional strategies, and literacy initiativesProven ability to build relationships and engage with decision-makers in the education spaceSkills in presenting and demonstrating educational products to meet client needsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in an on-site roleBachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related fieldPrevious experience in educational sales or teaching is a plus
