Develop valuable technical skills in Lean Manufacturing projects, 5S, engineering processing documentation, productivity analysis, layouts, and material flow, amongst others. You will be required to lead meetings to present findings. Gain exposure to various aspects of manufacturing, from production to quality control. We are looking for students with: A strong academic background in engineering (mechanical mention specific majors relevant to your company) A keen interest in manufacturing processes Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities A willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
