This role focuses on strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory for high-net-worth individuals, families, and related entities (including family partnerships, trusts, and estates). The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proven ability to grow and manage client relationships.What you'll doLead timely and accurate tax compliance for individual, fiduciary, and related entity filings while mitigating riskProvide technical leadership on complex individual and trust tax mattersBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and their advisors year-roundIdentify and deliver value-added advisory services (tax efficiencies, estate and gift planning, wealth transfer strategies)Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionalsDrive business development by cultivating relationships with attorneys, wealth advisors, and other referral sourcesStay current on evolving tax law and industry trends impacting HNW clientsCollaborate with estate attorneys, investment advisors, and family office professionals to deliver comprehensive solutionsWhat they're looking forBachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related fieldCPA preferred12+ years specializing in HNW tax advisory, with leadership experienceStrong knowledge of federal and state tax law, estate and gift tax regulations, and wealth transfer strategiesProven business development ability and experience growing/managing a book of business
