Robert Half Management Resources client in Midtown NYC seeks an interim Director of Accounting to replace a departing staff member.Ability to work hybrid on-site and strong knowledge of NetSuite is required!ResponsibilitiesLead the month-end and quarter-end close, including consolidation, intercompany elimination, and preparation of the trial balance.Ensure reporting is accurate across multi-entity structureReview and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for corporate accounting areas including compensation, equity, debt, and operating expenses.Partner with the Integration & Systems Accountant on NetSuite configuration, new entity onboarding, and process improvement initiatives.Identify and drive process improvements to increase close efficiency and scalability.Support the CAO and Controller with day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc requests
