Job Title: Project Controls 3COMPA Industries is supporting hiring efforts for multiple Project Controls 3 openings at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) supporting critical weapons production and nuclear modernization programs within TA-55.This is an opportunity to work on highly visible, mission-critical DOE projects in a secure, technically complex environment where your expertise in scheduling, EVMS, and cost controls directly impacts national security initiatives.Position DetailsLocation: Los Alamos, NM (Hybrid – approx. 2 weeks/month onsite)Schedule: 4/10 or 9/80 flexible schedulesDuration: Long-term assignment with extension potentialPer Diem: Available for qualified candidatesClearance: Must be able to obtain a DOE Q ClearanceCitizenship: U.S. Citizenship requiredWhat You'll Be DoingSupport Earned Value Management System (EVMS) activitiesDevelop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedulesPerform cost estimating, forecasting, and variance analysisSupport planning and scheduling efforts using Primavera P6Utilize Deltek Cobra for project controls and EVMS reportingIdentify project trends and support corrective action planningWork closely with engineering, construction, and project management teams supporting nuclear operationsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree + 8+ years of relevant experienceStrong background in:Primavera P6Deltek Cobra AdministrationEVMS / Cost ControlsDOE, DOD, Nuclear, or highly regulated industriesExperience supporting complex engineering or construction programsAbility to work in a secure and fast-paced environmentPreferred ExperienceActive DOE Q ClearancePrevious LANL or DOE site experienceExperience supporting weapons production or nuclear facility programsIf you're an experienced Project Controls professional looking to support one of the nation's most important technical missions, I'd love to connect.Message me directly or send your resume to discuss further.Equal OpportunityCOMPA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
