Job Title: Senior Litigation ParalegalLocation: Fully Remote (Must be based in Southern California)Position OverviewA well-established Southern California law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support its employment defense practice. This is a fully remote role for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and values long-term stability.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive litigation support in employment defense mattersDraft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondenceHandle all aspects of discovery, including document collection, review, and productionManage case calendars, deadlines, and trial preparationAssist with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logisticsMaintain accurate and organized case filesCommunicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counselRequired Qualifications10+ years of litigation paralegal experienceStrong experience supporting complex litigation mattersEmployment defense experience is highly preferredExceptional organizational, drafting, and time-management skillsAbility to work independently in a fully remote environmentProficiency with litigation and document management systemsSalary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $125,000. The firm may be open to the higher end of the range for the right candidate.
