This is a unique opportunity to practice at the top of your license within a high-volume, referral-driven wound center, supported by a robust multidisciplinary network.As part of the most integrated healthcare system in Connecticut, you will collaborate closely with vascular surgery, endocrinology, infectious disease, plastic surgery, orthopedics, primary care, and advanced wound clinicians to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care for patients with complex lower extremity wounds.Position Highlights:Dedicated role with strong emphasis on diabetic foot ulcers, Charcot neuroarthropathy, limb-threatening infections, and chronic foot and ankle woundsPractice within a busy, well-established outpatient wound center with strong institutional supportAccess to surgical OR time at Windham Hospital for limb salvage, reconstructive, and preventive proceduresIntegrated referral network ensuring consistent volume and continuity of careCollaborative, physician-led and physician-managed medical group with direct access to leadershipOpportunity to participate in quality initiatives, limb preservation pathways, and program developmentHartford HealthCare is deeply committed to physician growth and wellbeing.
