Accounting Assistant

The ideal candidate will have a background in Accounts Payable and experience with vendor management.Responsibilities Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, coding, and paymentsBuild and maintain strong vendor relationships; resolve discrepancies and inquiriesVerify and post transactions to the general ledgerPrepare financial documents including invoices, vouchers, and reportsReconcile accounts and investigate variancesSupport reporting, analysis, and special projectsPartner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payment cyclesRequirements 2+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on Accounts PayableExperience managing vendor relationships and handling payment issuesProficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot TablesStrong understanding of accounting principles and processesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skills and professionalism
