GlobalView Lead Implementation Consultant

Overview In this role you will lead the implementation of the ADP GlobalView solution, guiding clients through blueprinting, design, configuration, data mapping, testing and go-live. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables and risk management. You’ll stay current on SAP products and the GlobalView template, and coach graduates in the Implementation Academy. This is a hands-on, client-facing position focused on achieving KPIs and delivering value. ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation using ADP's methodology and SAP-based GlobalViewConduct blueprinting workshops and document business requirementsDesign and document the client solution per guidelinesEnsure on-time, accurate deliverables and manage project scope within fixed-price expectationsPerform QA reviews on blueprints and configurationsProvide test scripts and support UAT, parallel testing, and Go-LiveSupport data cleansing, mapping, conversion, and related reconciliation activitiesMaintain up-to-date SAP and GlobalView knowledge; align with templateLiaise with Product Manager and project teams for non-standard changesCoach graduates and support the Implementation AcademyCoordinate with Basis, Client Services, Application Support, PM and Product Management to ensure client service excellenceParticipate in knowledge sharing and team development sessionsPerform other related duties as assigned Key requirements2-5 years in complex end-to-end implementation/service deliveryStrong knowledge of Payroll, HR, Portal or Time Management systemsExperience in SAP ERP System is highly desirableDemonstrated experience in an Implementation Lead roleKnowledge of SAP ASAP methodologyProven stakeholder communication skills at all levelsEffective communicationStakeholder managementCross-functional collaborationSAP ERP SystemADP GlobalView templateData cleansing and mapping
