Event coordinatorPleasanton-CA – Hybrid - 3 days in officePart time – 20 to 30 hours per week$28-32/hr W26 months contractWe are seeking a dynamic and organized part-time Event Coordinator to join our client's Corporate Events team. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning and logistics, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and deliver exceptional results. Part-time, 20-hours per week.Stakeholder Communication: Follow up with key stakeholders to confirm logistics for various events, communicate weekly setup needs to relevant teams, and ensure all details are accurately conveyed and executed.In-Office Meeting Space Support: Facilitate requests for in-office meeting space, including scheduling, setup, and ensuring all required resources are available.Conference Room Management: Support in-office conference room management and allocation, ensuring optimal use of space and resources.Requirements:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Preferred: Previous experience in event coordination or related field.
