JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Title: Branch Administrator Location: ButlerWisconsin Company: Interstate Power Systems The Branch Administratorwill interface with customers, vendors, and employees and serves as themain liaison with Interstate\'s corporate accounting, Human Resourcesand Administrative Departments. This Branch Administrator involveshandling various administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuringcustomer satisfaction through excellent service. Branch AdministratorResponsibilities: Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing,data entry, and correspondence. Prepare and process documents, reports,and presentations as needed. Serve as the first point of contact forcustomers, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriatestaff. Assist customers with account information, transactions, andproblem resolution. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction byproviding prompt and courteous service. Handle cash transactions,deposits, and withdrawals accurately. Oversee office supply inventoryand order supplies as needed. Ensure the branch\'s physical environmentis well-maintained, clean, and safe. Assist in the implementation ofcompany policies and procedures within the branch. Assist withonboarding and training new employees. Maintain employee records andensure compliance with HR policies. Coordinate staff schedules and trackattendance. Branch Administrator Qualifications: High school diploma orequivalent; associate or bachelor\'s degree preferred. Experience in anadministrative role, preferably in a financial or customer serviceenvironment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment. Excellentorganizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in afast-paced environment.
