Part Time Bookkeeper

Job Description Our East Mesa client is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper on a Direct Hire basis.Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP/ARUtilize QuickBooks Online to perform daily financial tasksPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsOversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with ADP financial services standards for a small teamConduct a cash flow analysis to monitor and optimize financial performanceAssist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecastsMaintain accurate records of all financial transactions in a computerized accounting systemReconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepanciesCollaborate with management to support decision-making through financial insightsEnsure compliance with accounting regulations and company policiesRequirementsProven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.Proficiency in accounting software systems, including QuickBooks OnlineAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management.Foreign currency exchange knowledge would be a plusCompany DescriptionPrideStaff is a national staffing organization, delivering innovative solutions to the challenges employers face every day.
