Experience Officer IThe Experience Officer I will assist in building valued financial relationships with members through all communication channels. This position is expected to provide an exceptional member experience while maintaining awareness of all current rates and marketing promotions, cross-sell related services, and make referrals as appropriate.

Position Functions:
Respond to member requests through all communication channels (in-person, telephone, electronic communications).
Promote, explain, and cross-promote credit union products and services based on member needs.
Provide professional, prompt, efficient, and accurate service and information.
Set up new accounts, files and retain knowledge on all necessary information for membership.
Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a professional manner.
Assist with plastic cards, including instant issued cards, fraud claims, travel notifications, and general problem resolution.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Skills:
Provide exemplary member service experience.
Excellent time management skills and possess the ability to multitask.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and work well in a team environment.
Must have the ability to use related computer software, Microsoft Office products, and business equipment.
Ability to provide a professional and positive experience for visitors, guests, and members.
Ability to provide a high level of customer service and good verbal communication skills.
Follows established security standards and procedures used in financial services industry.
Work Environment:
This job operates in an office environment in which pace and noise level varies depending on member traffic.
Physical Demands:
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
Capable of lifting object up to 20 lbs.
Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Ability to communicate with others to exchange information.
Ability to assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a fixed Tuesday-Saturday schedule. Standard hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Weekday hours may be adjusted based on business needs.
