Territory Sales Manager – Fluid Technologies / Industrial Pumps 📍 West Coast & Canada | ✈️ ~1/3 Travel | Full-TimeWe're hiring a Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of a high-potential west coast territory for a well-established manufacturer of premium industrial fluid handling equipment. Our client's product line is among the most trusted in the industry — with decades of proven performance across oil & gas, chemical processing, water treatment, food & beverage, and more.Territory: Western U.S. & Canada What You'll Do:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue across distributors, OEMs, and end-usersBuild lasting relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and key decision-makersProvide technical consultations and product presentations tailored to customer applicationsIdentify and pursue new business through prospecting, trade shows, and industry networkingTravel approximately 1/3 of the time throughout the territoryWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of outside/territory sales experience in an industrial or technical fieldBackground in fluid technologies is required — pump experience is strongly preferred; valves, fittings, hydraulics, or hoses also consideredProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environmentStrong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate solutions to both engineers and buyersSelf-motivated and comfortable managing a large geography independentlyValid driver's license and passport required (travel into Canada)Preferred:Experience with positive displacement pumps, diaphragm pumps, or high-pressure systemsExisting distributor/end-user relationships in oil & gas, chemical processing, or water treatmentBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
