You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting employees across the organization, while learning from a team of passionate HR professionals.What You’ll DoSupport the full recruitment cycle: positing jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and scheduling interviewsAssist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.Coordinate HR and recruitment projects, including job fairs and training presentations.Maintain records and track-department calendars.Help create a positive experience for Applicants and throughout the Employee Life Cycle.RequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred, or 1-2 years of HR/recruiting experienceStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office 365; HRIS experience a plusEager to learn, adaptable, and collaborativeBenefitsMonday-Friday, 8am-5pmHybrid work schedule (Thursday in-office required)Dental, Medical, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance401K with company matchPaid Time Off and Holiday PayEmployment At-WillEmployment is voluntarily entered, and employees are free to resign at will at any time - with or without cause.
