Job Title: Family Law ParalegalLocation: Roseville, CA (Hybrid Flexibility Available)Job Type: Full-Time | Direct HireOur law firm client is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their growing team in Roseville, CA. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned professional who enjoys handling sophisticated family law matters, including high-asset marital dissolutions, complex financial issues, property division, and support-related matters, while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and capable of managing family law cases from inception through resolution while working closely with attorneys and clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage a full caseload of family law matters under attorney supervision from initial intake through final resolution.Draft legal documents including pleadings, requests for orders, declarations, settlement agreements, and judgments.Prepare financial disclosures, income and expense declarations, property schedules, and assist with asset evaluations.Coordinate discovery, including drafting requests, responses, subpoenas, and organizing complex financial documentation.Maintain proactive and compassionate communication with clients throughout all phases of their cases.Assist with trial preparation, exhibit organization, and evidentiary support.Qualifications:5+ years of family law paralegal experience, preferably within California family law.Valid Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or compliance with California Business & Professions Code Section 6450.Strong experience with family law documentation, financial disclosures, and legal software. Experience handling complex property division or financial matters is highly preferred.Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills to support clients through sensitive legal matters.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $105,000.
