About the RoleThis is a high-impact Senior Accountant & HR Coordinator position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll take ownership of core accounting functions while also supporting key HR and administrative processes—playing a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly.You’ll collaborate closely with international stakeholders, local leadership, and external partners, giving you exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of the business. What You’ll DoAccounting & FinanceManage full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations)Lead month-end and year-end close processesPrepare financial reports and support forecasting & cash flow planningMaintain vendor/customer documentation and ensure complianceAnalyze variances and resolve discrepanciesAccounts Payable & ReceivableProcess invoices, payments (ACH, wire, checks), and expense reportsReconcile vendor statements and manage aging schedulesGenerate and issue invoices and monitor collectionsHR & Operations Support (20–30%)Coordinate onboarding, payroll, and employee documentation with external providersAct as the point of contact for benefits (health, dental, 401k, etc.)Support employee inquiries and maintain confidential HR recordsAssist with general office operations, IT coordination, and administrative tasksWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)4–7 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or a small business settingStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAPExperience with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skillsSelf-starter who can prioritize and operate independently in a lean teamHigh attention to detail and discretion with sensitive informationWhy This Opportunity Stands OutJoin a globally connected organization with a strong growth trajectoryWork in a tight-knit U.S. team where your contributions are highly visibleGain exposure to both finance and HR functionsCompetitive compensation and opportunities for professional developmentCollaborative, flexible work environmentInterested?If you’re looking for a role where you can expand your impact beyond accounting and be part of a growing international business, we’d love to hear from you.Apply directly or message me for more details!
