This role supports senior leadership and key internal stakeholders including investment teams, client coverage, marketing, and compliance; with the data and insights that drive strategic decision-making firm-wide.This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, building out reporting infrastructure, and leveraging automation and modern analytics tools to make finance smarter and faster.ResponsibilitiesProduce and maintain financial reporting across assets under management, client flows, and run-rate revenue on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cyclesDeliver reporting packages and analysis for senior management and cross-functional stakeholders including investment, client coverage, marketing, and compliance teamsProvide ad hoc analysis, historical trend reporting, and data-driven insights to support business initiatives and client requestsIdentify and implement opportunities to automate and enhance reporting workflows using AI, analytics, and modern data toolsPartner with technology, operations, and finance teams to improve upstream data quality and reporting efficiencyParticipate in system enhancements, UAT, and process improvements that strengthen the firm's reporting infrastructureHelp document and refine reporting processes, controls, and data governance frameworksQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field4–8 years of experience in financial reporting, analytics, or data analysis — asset management or financial services background preferredStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Tableau, Alteryx, OneStream, or similar tools a plusHands-on experience using AI-enabled tools or automation to improve reporting or analytical workflowsAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a continuous-improvement orientationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-standards environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across teams
