Mechanical/Electrical Assembler – Entry Level Overview We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical/Electrical Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team. This entry-level role is perfect for candidates who enjoy working with tools, following technical instructions, and building high-quality assemblies. You’ll work closely with the Production Manager and teammates to assemble components, support material picking, and help keep our production floor running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Follow production work orders, schematics, and work instructions to assemble mechanical and electrical components. Accurately complete required documentation and quality checks. Communicate with team leads on build requirements, workflow changes, and priorities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to complete daily tasks. Assist with picking raw materials when needed. Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, cranes, balers, and compactors after onsite training. Lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Qualifications Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical hardware. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or related experience is a plus. Ability to read and understand simple blueprints, diagrams, or schematics (mechanical or electrical). Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Ability to stand, move, and work on your feet throughout the shift.
