EstimatorPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will play a pivotal role in evaluating project costs, preparing detailed estimates, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and experience with public works, healthcare, education, and commercial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare cost estimates.Develop accurate estimates for materials, labor, and time required to complete projects.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with project goals.Monitor and track project costs to identify potential overruns or budget issues.Prepare and present detailed estimates to clients and stakeholders.Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and requirements.Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and methods to enhance estimating practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating for construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.Experience with public works, healthcare, education, and commercial projects is preferred.Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
