Business Development Attorney

Full Job DescriptionWe are expanding and looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking attorney to lead the growth and development of our Lincoln office.This is not a traditional desk-bound legal role. We are seeking someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and creating momentum in a market. If you are energized by connecting with people, developing referral pipelines, and positioning a firm as a leader in its space, this role is designed for you.This position is centered on business development, community presence, and strategic growth. You will play a key role in establishing and expanding the firm's footprint in Lincoln by building meaningful relationships and generating new opportunities.You will work closely with firm leadership while having the autonomy to execute on ideas, pursue partnerships, and create visibility in the community.What You'll DoBuild and maintain strong referral networks with professionals, organizations, and community partnersRepresent the firm at networking events, community engagements, and industry functionsIdentify and pursue strategic growth opportunities in the Lincoln marketDevelop and execute creative outreach and business development initiativesConduct client consultations and convert opportunities into retained mattersCollaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client experienceWho You AreYou are a visionary thinker with a natural ability to see opportunities where others do not.
