Role Description This is a contract role for a Quality Assurance Analyst, based in Kent, OH, with a hybrid work environment that allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The responsibilities include ensuring software quality through rigorous quality assurance and quality control processes. The selected candidate will create, review, and execute manual test cases, as well as analyze results and provide feedback to development teams. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the analyst will ensure products meet established quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes to ensure software reliability and functionality.Experience in Manual Testing and creating detailed Test Cases for various development cycles.Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.Experience with industry-standard testing tools is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid environment.
