Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, based in Randolph, NJ, for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting property showings, negotiating terms, preparing and reviewing contracts, maintaining property listings, and actively contributing to the growth of the business by networking and seeking out new leads. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients.Sales, negotiation, and customer service experience to manage client needs and secure successful transactions.Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple client needs and property listings efficiently.Basic knowledge of marketing principles and ability to leverage digital platforms for property listings and lead generation.Proficiency in using real estate software and technology tools to manage client data and perform market research.Real estate license and knowledge of local markets in Randolph, NJ, or willingness to obtain the necessary licensing.Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
