We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join a growing sales team. In this role, you will focus on managing and expanding relationships with existing clients while driving revenue growth. You will engage with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for technology-driven sales.Key ResponsibilitiesManage client interactions and track sales activities using CRM toolsConduct warm outreach to follow up on marketing-generated leadsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clientsIdentify client needs and recommend appropriate solutionsParticipate in negotiations and close deals while ensuring customer satisfactionConsistently meet or exceed sales targetsProvide insights on market trends and customer feedback to support growth strategiesAnalyze client challenges and propose effective business solutionsQualifications & Experience3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related fieldRecent experience selling to businesses (B2B sales)Experience using CRM platforms (ConnectWise or similar preferred)Background in selling technology solutions and/or professional services is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makersExcellent negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple client accounts effectivelySelf-motivated, proactive, and results-orientedFamiliarity with outbound calling and lead generation techniquesUnderstanding of business development and marketing fundamentals
