We pride ourselves on our tight-knit culture and strong bonds, despite working remotely across diverse timezones.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive pipeline growth through strategic outbound prospecting and relationship building. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on generating opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and creating meaningfulbusiness conversations. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients while working closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams. This individual will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensuring a seamless transition of those opportunities to the assigned Sales Representatives.We're looking for someone who combines strong execution with a strategic mindset, understands relationship- driven sales, and is eager to grow alongside a rapidly expanding organization.Key Responsibilities• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales engagement channels.Generate, engage, and qualify prospective clients to determine business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and implementation timelines.Conduct outbound prospecting activities consistently to create new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Build, develop, and nurture relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.Review and manage existing lead data while proactively engaging with inbound responses and outbound prospects.Handle objections professionally and effectively while maintaining momentum in the sales process.Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings between qualified prospects and assigned Sales Representatives.Ensure a smooth and professional handoff of qualified opportunities to the sales team.Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records within the CRM and sales engagement platforms.Continuously update contact information, prospect activity, and engagement data across CRM and marketing automation systems.Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to support pipeline growth and opportunity creation.Partner with the Marketing team to improve lead generation efforts and campaign performance.Support and engage leads generated through marketing initiatives, referrals, partnerships, and social channels.Maintain strong organization, follow-up discipline, and pipeline management practices.Consistently achieve activity, pipeline, and opportunity generation goals.Qualifications4+ years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar outbound sales role.Proven success generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts.Experience selling B2B services or other intangible, relationship-driven solutions.Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship-based sales cycles.Experience conducting cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting campaigns.Experience working closely with Sales Representatives and supporting structured sales processes.Strong CRM management, pipeline organization, and follow-up skills.Ability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing day-to-day prospecting activities.Ambitious professional with a growth mindset and leadership potential.Preferred ExperienceExperience within staffing, recruiting, staff augmentation, outsourcing, consulting, professional services, or similar industries.Experience using Zoho CRM.Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation.Experience with sales engagement platforms such as SalesLoft, Outreach, Apollo, or similar tools.Experience working with Clay or willingness to learn quickly.Experience collaborating closely with both Sales and Marketing teams.Experience supporting longer sales cycles that require consistent relationship building and follow-up.Demonstrated potential to grow into future leadership responsibilities.Success MetricsConsistent achievement of outbound activity goals across calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.Number of qualified opportunities generated each month.Conversion of prospecting activity into booked meetings and sales opportunities.Quality of lead qualification and successful handoff to Sales Representatives.CRM accuracy, data integrity, and timely record updates.Pipeline management effectiveness and follow-up consistency.Contribution to overall revenue-generating opportunities and sales growth.Work SchedulePart-time position initially, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.Must be available to work during U.S. business hours.Reports directly to the COO.Benefits:Competitive salary – paid in USD - Receive your compensation in US dollars, providing stability and global value for your hard work.100% fully remote setup - Work from anywhere in the world—permanently.
