IT Support Specialist

Job Description Position OverviewA well-established company based in Orange County is seeking a reliable and resourceful IT Support and Help Desk. This position supports daily IT needs across the company and works closely with the IT manager. The ideal candidate will provide front-line technical support and assist with system operations and troubleshooting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical assistance on hardware, software, and network issuesTroubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device problemsResolve user issues via phone, in person, or electronicallyPerform account setups, password resets, and access managementMaintain accurate logs and documentation in the ticketing systemEscalate unresolved issues and follow up to ensure resolutionSupport remote users and multiple office locations (some travel required)Assist in system upgrades, installations, and maintenance tasksRequired Skills & Experience2+ years of technical support/help desk experienceWorking knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, SMB, and Windows environmentsFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows serversStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skillsCollege degree or equivalent hands-on experienceReliable transportation and valid CA driver’s licensePreferred QualificationsCompTIA A+ or Network+Experience with VMware, Meraki, or similar platformsFamiliarity with ticketing systems and escalation protocolsAdditional InformationSome evening or weekend support may be requiredCross-training and flexibility encouraged as team needs evolveDuties may change based on business requirementsQualified candidates who enjoy solving problems, supporting users, and working in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.Company DescriptionInvestment Concepts, Inc.
