Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to manage and support multiple fast-paced, client-facing projects. This full-time, on-site role in Reno, NV requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.The Project Coordinator will oversee 15–20 active projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are met, communication is consistent, and clients receive exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a high-performance environment and maintains professionalism when working with executive-level clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate 15–20 concurrent projects from initiation through completionServe as a primary point of contact for clients via email and phoneProvide proactive updates and maintain clear, professional communicationCoordinate with internal teams including Sales, Design, and Operations to ensure seamless executionTrack project schedules, milestones, and deliverablesIdentify and resolve potential issues before they impact timelinesMaintain accurate documentation, project records, and reportingPrioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environmentSupport scheduling, resource coordination, and workflow processesQualificationsStrong organizational and project coordination skillsExceptional written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with project tracking or design software is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferredIdeal CandidateSelf-motivated and proactiveStrong time management and prioritization skillsProfessional, polished, and confident in client-facing situationsEager to learn and grow within a structured organizationDemonstrates consistent work historyRecent graduates (up to 6 years post-graduation) are encouraged to apply
