Known for their collaborative culture and consistent project backlog, they offer a full range of construction services and are recognized for long-term client relationships and repeat business..Job DescriptionLead and manage day-to-day execution of complex construction projects across all phases, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and contract requirementsOversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation to ensure timely resolution and accurate project recordsManage project schedules, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting while proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesServe as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and key subcontractors to maintain clear communication and strong project alignmentDirect procurement efforts, including long-lead items, vendor coordination, and material tracking to support project timelinesLead project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and drive accountability for action items across all stakeholdersSupport permitting, inspections, and compliance efforts while ensuring adherence to building codes, safety standards, and quality control processesCollaborate closely with field leadership to coordinate site operations, resolve conflicts, and maintain project momentumOversee closeout activities, including punch lists, turnover documentation, warranties, and final project delivery requirementsMaintain and enforce organized project documentation systems using Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office platformsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
