OverviewSusquehanna is seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to join our Technology Portfolio Management team in our Bala Cynwyd headquarters. This role is focused on managing large, complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that drive business outcomes across our global organization. You will partner directly with the CIO's leadership team, business stakeholders, and technology leaders and teams to deliver strategic projects and help mature our project management function firmwide.In this role, you will be expected to build credibility quickly with engineering, trading, legal, and operations partners, and to drive outcomes through influence, trust, and relationships rather than hierarchical authority.In This Role, You WillLead high-visibility, cross-functional technology projects from concept through implementation across global teamsServe as a connector and translator between technology teams and business stakeholders across trading, legal, operations, and corporate functionsAnalyze data and project telemetry to inform priorities, track delivery, and surface risks to senior leadershipProduce clear, concise, context-aware communications and status reporting for the CIO and other senior stakeholdersOperate in a federated, matrix environment - driving outcomes through influence, trust, and relationshipsHelp define and mature the Technology Portfolio Management function, including standards, templates, and processes appropriate to Susquehanna's cultureWhat You Can Expect From UsReal Impact: You will lead initiatives that shape how Susquehanna delivers technology across the firm.
