Laurel, NJOnsite Flexibility: RemoteContract DetailsPosition Type: ContractPay Rate: $80.00–$96.00 / Hour (USD)Start Date: ASAPShift / Schedule: Monday–Friday core business hours; overtime as needed; 50% of time in meetings; working East Coast hoursWork Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Job SummaryThe Senior Project Manager (EPMO) plans, manages and delivers distinct projects through all specific phases, in alignment with business and/or enterprise strategies. Provides leadership, direction and coaching to teams while partnering with business and executive stakeholders within a single or across multiple Lines of Business (LoB). This role manages projects with a moderate to high level of regulatory oversight, with a project risk profile ranging from moderately high to high, and typically leads the delivery of Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 projects with a moderately high to high complexity profile. The position may lead the delivery of Tier 1 projects and may indirectly manage cross-LoB Project teams consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs and Technology Resources where applicable. The role may manage a number of projects at any given time, with time horizons generally ranging from medium to long term. This position supports new approved and funded projects in the bank card space and retail distribution space, focused on store enhancements, within a team of 25 people.
