Construction Project Manager- Commercial

As well as leading programs with Car rental clients both at individual locations and airports across the Unites States.We pride ourselves on delivering projects on time, on budget, and with unmatched attention to detail—and we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who embodies that same standard.This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Construction Project Manager. This positionwill lead the execution of multiple construction projects and programs from pre-construction through closeout. This role is client-facing and critical to ensuring successful delivery, coordination, and financial performance across projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, supervising project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. This role also involves liaising with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related.Experience in multi-site or program-based projects. 7–12+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proficiency in Budgeting and overseeing financial aspects of construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction processes, permitting, and contractor management.
