Client Services Administrator
We are looking for a Client Services Administrator (hybrid) to join our client at a highly successful, growing organization! This position plays a critical role in supporting client relationships and ensuring a seamless experience from client onboarding through project completion.This is a highly visible role within the organization, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Responsibilities:Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and professional responsesMonitor and manage shared inboxes, routing inquiries and resolving requestsPrepare, distribute, and track client documentationCoordinate and send key audit-related documentsReview and distribute draft and final deliverables to clients with a high degree of accuracyMaintain and update client data across internal systems, ensuring completeness and consistencyGenerate reports and provide updates regarding project status and outstanding itemsSupport internal teams with administrative and operational tasks as neededProfessionally handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriatelyIdentify workflow inefficiencies and proactively recommend process improvementsEnsure adherence to client-specific communication preferences and requirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree, or in progress and able to work full-time0-2 years of experience in a professional administrative or support role, or client/ customer facing role (restaurant, retail, etc.)Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks independentlyProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiativeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable interacting with both clients and internal stakeholdersHigh level of accountability and ownership over assigned responsibilitiesStrong problem-solving skills and sound professional judgmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to learn new systems and tools quickly
