We are committed to fostering an environment where employees are supported in their professional growth, encouraged to contribute to continuous improvement, and valued for the expertise, professionalism, and care they bring to their work.Check out more about Aldrich at https://wealthadvisors.com/.You'll Get a Chance ToExecute all service and operations needs for Schwab brokerage accounts including standard and complex new account opening, updating account features, and maintaining existing accounts.Coordinate new client onboarding including completion of custodial paperwork, delivery of ADV & related disclosures, and new client welcome procedures.Maintain client and account records in the Aldrich Wealth portfolio management, CRM, and Document management softwareFile client documents and records to the document management systemResponsible for client workflow actions including setting up and completing recurring actions as neededCoordinate annual RMD calculation and distributionsPerform data exports and ad-hoc analysis utilizing spreadsheets and basic data queries/exports from portfolio management & CRM softwareAdhere to existing processes and willingness to constructively troubleshoot and adjust them as neededParticipate in training new Client Services team membersRequirementsWhat You Bring to the TeamRequired:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a financial services firmStrong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Experience working with RIA Custodians and utilizing a CRMBroad knowledge of Investment Advisory practices, processes, and an understanding of wealth managementSkilled in time management and willingly sharing Team responsibilities; sharing workflow and projects as appropriatePreferred:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related degree from an accredited college or universityExperience with Charles Schwab (Custodian), Salentica Engage (CRM), and Tamarac (Portfolio Management)Experience with alternative investments and SMAsHow We'll Reward YouAt Aldrich, we know a great client experience starts with an exceptional employee experience. Our standard office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
