Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you’ll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll DoHandles hotline calls, group email box, releases orders, and send request for credit limit increasesReview Mass Upload files for accuracyAssist Sales Tax issues and resolutionAssist with tax research as required along with adjusting invoices as neededComplete Vendor Request Forms and provide customer with missing invoices or statement copiesHandling escalations of PO’s in SalesforceSetting up Customers for online payments and invoicesComply with local safety procedures and regulations at all timesOther duties as assigned in general support of the organizationWhat You'll NeedAbility to communicate both written and verbally with customers, employees, and business leadersStrong computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Strong Data entry 10-key skillsFACTS & Salesforce experience highly desirableStrong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-taskMust be able to maintain confidentialityAnalytical and problem solving skillsAbility to be flexible, a team player and interact professionally with employees as well as external contacts1-3 years business or operations experience (can include intern experience)1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or construction-related roles preferredMust be able to lift up to 25 lbsAbility to sit for long periods of timeYour EducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredWe are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
