Nurse Practitioner | Endocrinology Location: Windsor, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Location: New Windsor, NY & Monroe, NY Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2 Years Required Overview We are seeking an experienced Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join a growing, collaborative healthcare team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care for patients with endocrine and metabolic conditions in a supportive, team-based environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments Manage chronic endocrine conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, and osteoporosis Prescribe and manage medications, including insulin and hormone therapies Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and disease management Collaborate with an endocrinologist and multidisciplinary team Perform follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as needed Assist with procedures like thyroid FNA and CGM device placement Maintain accurate EMR documentation Required Qualifications NP or PA with active license (or willingness to obtain before start) Minimum 2 years of endocrinology experience Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Experience with EMR systems Preferred Qualifications Background in endocrinology or chronic disease management Experience with diabetes and thyroid conditions Strong communication and teamwork skills Compensation & Benefits Salary: $140K – $150K 3 Weeks Vacation PTO 6 Holidays CME: $2,500 3 Days 401K with 6% Match Malpractice Coverage Full Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision) Flexible Schedule & Great Work-Life Balance Supportive, team-oriented environment
