Doctor of Medicine | Urology Location: Massachusetts Employer: Barton Associates Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Urology MD in Massachusetts!Our client in Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Urologist for a 123-day assignment starting May 1, 2026. This role involves comprehensive urological procedures and consultations, with an anticipated 2-3 patient encounters per shift, covering weekdays and full 7a-7a shifts.Responsibilities and DutiesPerform a wide range of urological procedures and consultations, managing 2-3 patient encounters per shift.Provide specialized urology care, including advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, and robotic surgery.Conduct partial nephrectomies with intraoperative ultrasound, adrenalectomies, renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, fertility work-ups, incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis insertions, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL), renal transplant surgery, and advanced pediatric surgery.Additional InformationBoard Certification in Urology required.EMR system: Cerner.BenefitsStrong compensationTravel-related expenses coveredA-rated medical malpractice insurance providedDedicated recruiter for future travel opportunitiesWhat are Locum Tenens Jobs?Locum tenens jobs, sometimes referred to as travel assignments, are contract positions that help meet patient care needs at various healthcare facilities and hospitals for a defined period.
