Partners directly with hiring managers, collaborates with sourcing and coordination teams, and owns the candidate experience from screen to offer.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-cycle recruiting for Sales/Distribution roles. Hiring manager advisory and influence. Internal applicant pool management. Pipeline building and talent community development. Cross-functional partnership with Finance, Comp, and Employee Success. Contributing to team-level recruiting strategy and pipeline health reviews. Qualifications6-10+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, with Sales/Distribution role focusAble to come onsite in San Francisco officeStrong hiring manager influence skills at senior/executive level.
