Printing Specialist at Copy Doctor

Job Description Print Production SpecialistWe're hiring for a hands-on Printing Specialist that also includes customer service. This job is for someone who is comfortable using computers, enjoys working with people, and doesn't mind getting involved in daily print production.This is not a desk-only job. You will be working with printers, paper, measurements, and customers throughout the day.What You'll DoHelp customers in person and respond to incoming email requestsPrepare and process print jobs from start to finishUse computer systems to enter jobs and keep them organizedHandle printed materials carefully and accuratelyKeep multiple jobs moving so everything gets done on timeWhat We're Looking ForGood with computersYou're comfortable using a keyboard, learning new software, and clicking through new screens without getting frustrated.Learns quicklyYou pick things up fast and don't need to be shown the same thing over and over.Friendly and positiveYou like talking to people, you're approachable, and you bring a good attitude to work.
