Senior Digital Ads Manager
Job Description: Evaluates and improves execution quality of complete ad campaign setup in all main channels (Social, Search, Display, Video); anticipates issues and begins diagnosing root causes.Interprets performance trends, ties them to goals, and recommends tactical adjustments.Manages task dependencies across roles; ensures overall workflow progresses as planned.Facilitates portions of client discussions with clarity and preparation.Builds foundational coaching skills (observation, feedback, role modeling).Identifies patterns in creative performance and recommends adjustments.Anticipates resource implications and provides inputs for scoping.Oversee the complete quality assurance (QA) process from development through finalization, approval, and launchRequirements: 4-5 years of digital advertising experience, including at least 2 years managing the media buying and ad implementation process for direct response campaigns.Proficiency with each of the following channels: programmatic display, video, paid social, and paid search.Experience trafficking ads directly in Google Campaign Manager, or a comparable ad server.Experience working directly in demand-side platforms such as Google Display and Video 360 (DBM), Viant, Yahoo, StackAdapt, or The Trade Desk.Experience producing as well as reviewing detailed data reports and developing optimization recommendations.Demonstrated ability to craft meeting agendas to move projects forward.Experience project managing all aspects of ad implementation in a highly collaborative environment, requiring frequent communication with both junior and senior staff.Experience supporting the professional development of more junior staff or interns.Benefits: A 36-hour workweek with half-day Fridays and scheduling flexibility;Three weeks of vacation and 17 paid sick days;Medical, dental, and vision benefits with premiums fully paid for by M+R for individual employees;401(k) plan;Discretionary profit-sharing contributions;Annual $1,250 professional development stipend for qualified educational expenses;Flexible Spending Accounts for medical, dependent care, and transit;11 holidays and a Mid-summer break the week of July 4;Exceptional paid Parental, Personal Medical & Family Caregiving leave policies.
