Asst. Manager, Marketing

SUMMARYThe Assistant Marketing Manager is a key member of the brand marketing team, responsible for supporting and orchestrating integrated marketing plans and promotional programs for Citizen Watch America brands.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Support brand marketing operations from asset management and event activation to invoicing as needed by the brand marketing team including:Content ManagementManage content and user access on digital asset management siteUpdate metadata for all assetsCommunicate on asset availabilityAssist Senior Marketing Manager with overall structure of assets and user permissions.Caravelle BrandLead Caravelle campaign execution - work with team to plan, implement, and track metrics across digital and social channelsPrepare creative briefs for internal and external teams to set expectations and ensure smooth production processManage Caravelle's social media presence by creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms as recommendedUse internal Power BI dashboards to understand customer insights, sales trends, and brand performanceLearning Management SystemManage and maintain internal online learning platformCoordinate with creative services agency on site updates (including photography, video, copy, language updates)Work with Sales and International teams on team structure and setup on the platform.Provide onboarding training as neededGeneral AdministrationSample management (logging of samples into database and coordinating samples for photo shoots and media requests)Create style # for POS materials and place requisition for print materialsGeneral administrative duties including registering guests for the department, ordering supplies, managing shipments and invoicing.Work alongside various Marketing teams in communication, coordination, monitoring and reporting on advertising campaignsManage GWP needs by seasonManage watch photography and product descriptions for seasonal inventoryPotential to own and manage marketing for a key collection/sub-brand over timeQUALIFICATIONSExperience managing marketing programs within brand guidelines.Proven track record of working effectively under tight deadlines.Ability to handle multiple projects and maintain vendor relationships.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Adobe CS, a plus.Highly organized, detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up skills.Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work efficiently with external partners as well as internal teams.Ability to identify, prioritize and accommodate multiple needs.Self-starter with a "can-do" attitudeEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing or Communications; or 3+ years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.EEOE
