Student Success Advisor

A company is looking for a Student Success Advisor. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance in Dual Credit, Online Dual Enrollment, and A.A. degree programs Advise students on academic requirements and course selection to ensure program completion Monitor student performance, identify barriers, and connect students with academic support resourcesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; master's degree in Student Development, Education, or related field is preferred Two to three years of experience in Christian higher education is preferred Passion for helping students succeed and thrive in their educational journey Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and processes Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with shared database systems
