This is a high-stakes leadership role responsible for two distinct facilities.ResponsibilitiesOperations & GrowthLead warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, and quality controlOptimize performance metrics and workflows to support rapid scalingMake data-driven decisions to identify and solve operational bottlenecksPlan labor needs and manage capacity during peak periodsLeadership & Team BuildingRecruit, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and warehouse associatesProvide hands-on floor leadership to build high-performing teamsSchedule and assign employees while maintaining accountability for resultsCreate urgency and followership across all warehouse teamsSystems & ProcessMaster Weee!'s operational systems, SOPs, and key performance metricsManage inventory accuracy through physical counts and system reconciliationPlan warehouse layouts, equipment maintenance, and operational improvementsLeverage WMS and productivity systems to drive performance insightsCompliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with warehousing, shipping, and OSHA safety requirementsEstablish security procedures and safety protocolsMaintain flexible shift coverage for continuous operationsProfit & Loss ManagementManage operating costs including daily supplies (office/warehouse/janitorial), packaging materials, and equipment repairsAnalyze cost variances and implement corrective actionsDrive cost-efficient operations while maintaining quality standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or equivalent experience15+ years warehouse/fulfillment experience in high-volume or fast paced environments10+ years in a supervisory or management roleExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Strong understanding of inventory control and cycle counting processesDemonstrated success in reducing labor costs or improving productivity metricsFamiliarity with labor planning, scheduling and workforce optimizationAdvanced Excel skills and strong computer proficiencyKnowledge of health and safety regulations (OSHA)Preferred SkillsBilingual in English and SpanishFlexibility to work varied schedulesSix Sigma CertificationFood Safety CertificationOSHA CertificationProject Management CertificationBenefitsComprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision.
