This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, investigating discrepancies, performing daily cycle counts, and leading the Inventory Coordinators to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels throughout the warehousePerform daily physical counts, bin checks, and inventory auditsInvestigate inventory discrepancies and assist with system adjustmentsSupervise and support Inventory CoordinatorsEnsure warehouse inventory areas remain organized, clean, and compliant with safety standardsTrack inventory movement and maintain accurate records within WMS systemsInspect inventory for damages or defects and report findings as neededRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious warehouse inventory and team leadership experience preferredMonitor and maintain accurate inventory levels throughout the warehousePerform daily physical counts, bin checks, and inventory auditsInvestigate inventory discrepancies and assist with system adjustmentsSupervise and support Inventory CoordinatorsEnsure warehouse inventory areas remain organized, clean, and compliant with safety standardsTrack inventory movement and maintain accurate records within WMS systemsInspect inventory for damages or defects and report findings as neededMinimum 2 years of leadership or management experienceMinimum 2 years of experience with RF scanning systems and WMSKnowledge of FIFO inventory practicesExperience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipmentStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsBilingual Spanish requiredAbility to stand and walk for extended periods during shiftsFrequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbsOur Commitment to YouAt Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery, we believe our team's success starts with feeling valued and supported.
